To insure all WFT LLC Personnel, Facilities,Trucks, trailers, and units meet Federal, Corperate and local safety standards at all times.
Insures that all WFT LLC Trucks, trailers, and Units are maintaned to and are in safe working conditions to meet operational needs.
Insures that all WFT LLC Facilities operate according to Federal local and corperate QHSSE standands for waste diposals.
Provide Instruction, training and mentor maintenance personnel. Aid warehouse and procurment in identifying needed parts and their suppliers.
Completes monthly Safety inspections at assigned facilities.
Immediately reports any equipment problems or personnel issues to Location Maintenance Manager, QHSSE and or HR.
Insures all equipment reports and repairs completed are passed to Maintenance Interpreter/Admin for Data bases to be updated.
Hold current Valide Drivers licenses to operate Light company vehicles.
Must Complete all WFT LLC Drivers training and be certified to drive Light duty vehicles with in 3 months of contract signing.
Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Place Instructions.
Supervise and perform the maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on a variety of equipment including: diesel/gasoline engines, transmissions, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyer systems, air compressors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, gin pole units, gear boxes, PTOs, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24 volt electrical systems, equipment caps and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires, wheels, forklifts, electro-mechanical equipment, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, and various other types of oil field related equipment.
Oversee and execute required procedures for preventive maintenance.

Operate lifting devices.
Perform interpretation of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic circuits, drawing and prints.
Perform use of diagnostic equipment (i.e. DVOM, ProLink etc.).
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Supervise completion of paperwork submitted by mechanics.
Assist maintenance supervisor as required.
Perform job functions of the maintenance supervisor in their absence.
