- monitoring the process of complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Participation in complex contract drafting and CM Approval provision for Income contracts of the Weatherford Group of Companies,
- being responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned projects and business personnel assisting with the Contract Management function,
- being responsible for educating the project team on contract terms and monitoring compliance; contract audit and trainings on contracts under Project, and as well
- select contract form (template) suitable for the subject and the purpose of a deal,
- independently prepare (write) addenda to contracts, modify any contractual texts
- submit contracts for review in accordance with the Company’s Contracts procedure,
- consolidate all comments received , include those (provide proper wording) into the final text of a contract in cooperation with the Initiator and Coordinator of a contract,
- arrange for approval of a contract in accordance with the Contracts procedure,
- get the signatures on the previously reviewed and approved contracts,
- archive contracts and relevant contractual information in accordance with the guidelines and rules of the Company, and make any other actions necessary for the contract archiving process performance,
- be the holder of contracts registers reflecting up-to-date status of every contract request,
- provide information on specific contracts or general statistics on contracts and requests,
- as an expert perform sanity check of contracts, check compliance of contracts with company requirements and the subject and purpose of a contract,
- provide general consulting on contractual matters to company employees,
- when necessary provide support in contractual negotiations with clients or vendors,
- be responsible for training and making the business team familiar with the contracting principles, the terms and conditions of a contract concluded (if necessary).
