  • Discussion non-technical training requirements with key stakeholders of geozone, develop cumulative plans aimed to realize Global Professional Development Agenda and communicate them to the Hemisphere;
  • Focal point for NextGen program execution on the geozone level:
    • Identify the strategy of NextGens acquisition, new ways for NextGen program promotion;
    • coordination and organization of career events with the universities, i.e. career fairs, program presentation in universities,
    • coordination and delivering assessment centers reports for Management team and individual recommendations regarding employments opportunities for each participant,
    • weekly reports of accepted offers and assessment centers schedule to the hemisphere,
    • develop and communicate NextGens training plans to the Hemisphere team,
    • monitoring career development of NextGens,
    • consultancy support for managers with mentors identification,
    • identification current gaps in the program and provide insights and input to the business leaders and hemisphere T&C team of new initiatives aimed to develop the program.
  • Lead performance management as a champion for the geozone including communications, workshops for managers, consultations for employees, calibration sessions.
  • Focal point to Talent management processes that may include assessment and talent reviews, IDP preparations,
  • Focal point of launching and rolling our compliance e-policies for the Geozone,
  • Administration of the non-technical training components of the ELM system (Oracle) for the Geozone.
  • Employee Engagement project realization on the Geozone level (coordinating groups, communicate action plans and activities to all employees),
  • Weatherford Values implementation and launching.
  • Work experience in all the above-described areas.
  • Experience in conducting trainings and assessment centers.
  • An irresistible desire to improve T&D skills.
  • Fluent English.
