Logistic coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Provides the reliable operation of the monitoring system of vehicles, equipment and machinery of BSMTS (safety driving monitoring system), equipment for control of drivers’ regimes of work and rest, tachographs (hereinafter — the tachographs), drivers’ cards, on-board devices of “Platon” system, fuel flow sensors.
2. Controls over the monitoring system of vehicles, equipment and machinery of BSMTS (safety driving monitoring system), equipment for control of drivers’ regimes of work and rest, tachographs (hereinafter — the tachographs), drivers’ cards, on-board devices of “Platon” system, fuel flow sensors.
3. Provides identification and study of the causes and conditions of occurrence of failures and malfunctions of BSMTS equipment and tachographs, drivers’ cards, on-board devices, and take measures for immediately elimination of them. Develops organizational and technical measures to eliminate the causes of failures and malfunctions of equipment BSMTS and tachographs, drivers’ cards, on-board devices of “Plato”, fuel flow sensors.
4. Organizes reading, storing of the received information in the database, enter data into the monitoring system of various information: vehicle, staff, positions, trackers and others.
5. Organizes work in the «Platon» system: control for the currency deposit, filling in the route maps, entering information into the database.
6. According to the task of Manager generates route maps to one or more vehicle manually or automatically on a predetermined schedule of work if necessary.
7. To track a vehicle that has no spacing data. In the absence of records during more than 3 hours, takes steps to find out the reasons. For this via telephone, he finds out the location of the vehicle and performed work from the head of the unit. If the vehicle performs the job properly in the fleet or in a single order and there is cellular coverage, he informs the manager of the service, which vehicle has a revealed fault. In coordination with the manager of the service, he forwards the specialist of installation of equipment to the work place of the vehicle or goes there himself to fix problems. If several vehicles are identified with problems of equipment located in different locations, he determines, in consultation with the head of the service, the most critical place for direction of the specialist of installation of equipment or going there himself to fix the problem.

Requirements:

1. Higher professional education
2. Management and control of driving monitors, tachygraphy, driver cards, overweight truck readers, fuel consumption gauges, coordinate installation, repairs and maintenance of this equipment with suppliers, run monthly reporting and data analysis.
