Using computer and communications systems, coordinates operations and other activities of Fracturing Department in compliance with work designs, schedules and daily tasks programs.
Makes sure that the Fracturing Department has adequate supplies of materials, fixtures and spare parts and ensures availability of transport and load handling equipment. Ensures supplies (chemicals, proppant) are handled, stored and shipped in a safe and efficient manner.
Controls progress operations and ensures the best use of operating capacities, well balanced and failure free completion of outstanding operations, compliance with work (services) schedules.
Takes reasonable steps to prevent and eliminate problems that interfere with on-going operations, enlisting the services of other departments, as required.
Identifies resources that may help increase efficiency of the used specialty equipment, utilize equipment and facilities to their full capacities and shorten the time that is necessary for fracturing operations.
Implements and ensures efficient use of equipment and means employed for coordinating the work processes.
