Strategic sourcing coordinator

• Working in conjunction with other sourcing & category management professionals to recommend strategies and tactics to maintain the company’s competitive position in strategic sourcing & procurement;
• Development and implementation a fact based sourcing spending analysis;
• Analysis of company and industry trends to recommend strategies and tactics to maintain the company’s competitive position in strategic procurement;
• Collecting and analysis sourcing & category data and presenting it in a format which can be used to make effective business decisions;
• Involvement with all strategic procurement initiatives to provide guidance and support, and to ensure positive results;
• Communication with business and strategic procurement opportunities and recommend action plans;
• Building and maintenance the procurement vendor cost reduction scorecard.
  Development & implementation of strategic sourcing:
• Development a strategic sourcing plan & strategy, based on the results of the sourcing analysis;
• Leading the strategic sourcing projects which were identified and agreed upon with the stakeholders and management to harvest the planned cost savings for your region;
• Searching and identification of new key suppliers to support the sourcing strategy;
• Monitoring and improvement of vendor performance across the region;
• Maintenance the awareness of industry trends as well as current and future market capabilities.
   Contractor’s audit
• Performing Contractor’s audit within auditing team
• Conclusion of audits that contractor meet company requirements

• Tender preparation (RFI, RFP drafting);
• Bidding procedure;
• Contract negotiation;
• Contract implementation.

Skills and knowledges:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years sourcing/procurement and project management experience
• Detailed knowledge of sourced commodities, suppliers and market trends
• Analytical, project management, negotiations and customer service skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP
• Good command of English
