    Project: Yamal LNG (Sabetta, Russia)

    − All activities and steps related to the execution of the Pneumatic
    Leak Tests including line checking, punch closing, leak detection
    and repairing, measuring dew point, leak report preparation;
    − MOP Leak Tests and Flange Management on Train 1,2 & 3 Yamal
    LNG process units (Offsite Utility, Jetty Trestle, MRPR, BOG
    Compressor, LNG and Condensate Storage process lines, AGR,
    Dehydration, NGL Recovery, Fractionation, liquefaction) using: air
    compressors, boosters (NCA, JOY);
    − Nitrogen Generation service, using NPU (Atlas Copco, Generon);
    Lube Oil Flushing, Chemical Loading; Instrument Air Supply
    Service, using air compressors (Sullair, Ingersoll Rand);
    − Managing execution of the Leak Tests (Gross Air Leak Tests and
    Maximum Operating Pressure Tests), including the preparation
    works;
    − Responsible for leak identification, leading the leaks repairs
    activities;
    − Supervising walk downs and punch items review, including follow
    up the punch items closure;
    − Interfacing with other disciplines, subcontractors and company
    representative;
    − Ensuring that the works proceed in conformity with the Leak Test
    procedures and schedule and report any deviations to the MOP
    Coordinator;
    − Responsible for safety, safe working practices and environmental
    issues in all the areas under control;
    − Familiar with Russian Norms and Regulation related to Testing and
    commissioning activities;
    − Following the directives of the Commissioning Superintendent, on
    work preparation and the execution of commissioning tasks;
    − To carry out commissioning activities mechanical run-in of pumps
    and compressors, tightness test, nitrogen inerting) in accordance
    with the commissioning procedure;
    − To participate in all the commissioning activities and subsequent
    day to day operation of the assigned plant;
    − To assist the start-up activities in accordance with the operating
    procedures, and in troubleshooting and proposes changes to
    improve the safety and availability of the installations;
    − Ensure that all HSE and Permit to Work Requirements are in place
    for the relevant activity during the Commissioning Phases of the
    Project. To comply with all Company Health, Safety and
    Environmental policies and procedures and all rules and
    regulations of the Russian Federation, issues of PTW, Risk
    Assessment, Job Safety Analysis;

    Project: Yamal LNG (Sabetta, Russia)

    − Effective training and exceptional leadership qualities motivating
    the team of 40 welders and pipe fitters to meeting safety and
    production targets;
    − Using SMAW process and GTAW to advance pipe and plate
    welding. To learn the theory behind gas and arc welding techniques
    in cutting and joining of steel pipes and non-ferrous metals using
    shield metal arc welding (SMAW) and gas tungsten arc welding
    (GTAW). It’s to develop the skills to make quality welds, defects
    free, using pipe of 2 inch to 36 inch. Strong points: i.e. Problem
    solving, weld diagnostics on all defects on all metals;
    − Maintain sound knowledge of the WPS and material control of all
    welding activities. Maintain a fine structure as of drawing up of
    well maps, reading of isometric drawing/NDT requests/QC
    Department;
    − Material identification and quality maintaining;
    − Ensuring that welding consumables is stored and controlled as per
    specification laid by WPS;
    − Visual inspection of welds safety being my key aspects, risk
    assessments; hazardous identification on job site;
    − Weld consumable orders, monitoring of all welding machinery,
    checks and calibration all fit-up checks;
    − Weld joint inspection carrying out site supervision with NDT
    inspecting welder training;
    − Final welding inspection all safety issues and checks attendance
    monitoring all final welding checks prior to NDE;
    − Preparing of work progress reports and conducting toolbox
    meetings daily. Drawing up of welds matrix sheets and well maps
    on a daily basis. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments
    and production sequences to meet production goals. Keep record of
    employee’s attendance and hours worked.
