- Visit to client locations as required.
Ability to prepare accordingly for the planned service intervention, including but not limited to:
- Familiarization of the product and the service requirements prior to Service Intervention
- Checking unit documentation
- Ability to close out service intervention by following up on parts, open service issues etc.
- Ability to provide feedback to the documentation department on any issues regarding improvements or corrections to existing documentation
- Provision of supportive information to customer enquires
- Liaise with engineering and sales engineers in regard to customer questions/complaints
- Liaise with QA on service quality issues
- Provide feedback to customer on all quality enquires
- Assistance with the design & implementation of Department procedures & Work Instructions.
- Support of technical queries relating to existing product range

- To carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality Assurance procedures & departments work instructions
- To contribute to general improvements in the quality of key activities within the department
- To assist with internal & external audits of customer equipment
- Higher or technical diploma in the oil and gas engineering
- Experience 1 year +
